We will also participate in the evening Marketplace

Experience an insiders look at the culinary ecology of Maine! Learn how seafoods, grains & charcuterie make it to your plate.

Imagine spending a weekend surrounded by the beautiful rural landscape of Maine, while indulging in delicious, made-from-scratch meals made with local ingredients. At River Bend Farm, you’ll have the opportunity to rest and relax in sustainably built accommodations, and to learn and engage with local food artisans and makers. Spend the weekend:

Participants will enjoy three workshops focused on a specific aspect of the local Maine foodscape including breakout opportunities to learn from and engage with professional makers and artisans in small group settings.
