Balfour Farm Cheese plate: a selection of our fresh and aged cheeses and Farm House Garnishes

Snakeroot Organic Farm Sunchoke Soup

Roasted Chicken: Balfour Farm organic chicken breast and confit leg with Maine Mushrooms and wilted spinach and bacon

 

Kogi Beef: Middle Intervale Farm beef in Korean marinade, house kimchi and traditional accompaniments
